With the aim to open the road to the US market Ims Deltamatic SpA acquires Kasper Machine Co. (founded in 1942), historical brand in the the manufacture of special tooling machines for the automotive market. This acquisition is a must to secure support in the assembly and sales of automotive and converting machinery designed in Italy.

2008 - Determined to improve and consolidate its market presence as international player, the groups acquires and integrated Rotomac (founded in 1980), manufacturer of complete lines for the production of household alu and film rolls.

2009 - Ims Deltamatic Group incorporates Deltamoulds (founded in 1998), manufacturer of alu-casting molds.

2010 - With the intention to enhance its versatility in the industrial sector, the Group incorporates OMF Turra (founded in 1955) manufacturer of vertical injection presses for the co-molding of plastics and metal components.

Today the group has a total staff or about 200 employees, with over 40 experienced technicians, a turnover of around 40.000.000 € and 4 factories well organized to secure an efficient after sale service.
